Is there overall minimum investment amount per year?

• No, there is not. We believe members should invest in deals only if they are genuinely excited about the idea and satisfied with the due diligence. Investment should be driven by alignment with your investment strategy or excitement about the idea or founder, not by the need to "meet a minimum" or follow someone else’s investment.

• We encourage new members to observe the process and the deal closure during their first few months of membership. This will provide you with an opportunity to engage in the due diligence process and the collective mind-share atmosphere of Keiretsu Forum.

What is the minimum ticket size when you do invest?

If you choose to invest in a startup, Keiretsu Bangalore & Delhi has a minimum investment amount of INR 10 Lakhs. We do not charge a transaction fee on the investments you make.

Due diligence is a collaborative effort among investors and is typically completed within 2-3 weeks.
